General situation:

Product analysis:

• Stone paper main raw materials for calcite and polyethylene, do not add plasticizer and other toxic and harmful substances.

Process flow:

Step 1--Plastic Compound Pelletizing process: raw material calcium carbonate powder, polyethylene (HDPE/LDPE), polypropylene (PP) and additives are mixed in a certain proportion, and then processed through high pressure mixing, extrusion, hot cutting, cooling and air separation to produce EPM raw material particles with uniform appearance.

Step 2--Casting process: heat EPM raw material particles to melt state, extrude them from the "T" mold head into sheets, and through piecewide unidirectional stretching, cooling, solidification, shaping, filling, thin EPM semi-finished film material can be prepared.Measurement and surface treatment.The thickness of the material produced by this process is between 60μm and 120μm.
Induction process: after corona, leveling, positive and negative double-sided filling and calendering, semi-finished EPM films or sheets can be rolled up to obtain EPM finished materials of different specifications.


Step 3---Coating Machine:
The stone paper base paper produced by the casting method is coated, firstly, the coating liquid is prepared according to the formula and then coated and produced on a coater, and the device is coated by a rotary reverse method. By forming reverse velocity difference between paper surface and coating roll erand coating feeding roller, to achieve uniform coating and stable adhesion to the paper surface. After drying in an oven, repeat the same operation to coat the back side of the paper, and finally stabilize the constant tension. The finished stone paper roll can be obtained by winding up.

Step 4---Printing Machine:


Step 5--Cutting and trimming process: the EPM material produced by the above process is cut into flat plate general specifications for printing plants to facilitate the printing production of lithographic offset press and other equipment.
