JG80LT Crawler Excavator with sleeper changer
The railway sleeper changer is mainly used for the replacement of sleepers during overhaul and sleeper replacement. The applicable sleeper types are wood sleepers, 69, Type II and Type III concrete sleepers. The equipment is of road rail dual-use type, which is convenient for getting on and off the track, and can be quickly started and braked on the track. The special chassis of our patented sleeper changer is adopted, and the overall structure is strengthened. The operating device is mainly composed of a sleeper grabbing mechanism and a ballast raking mechanism. The sleeper grabbing mechanism and the ballast raking mechanism can achieve 90 ° switching, and the sleeper grabbing mechanism can achieve 360 ° free rotation. The design of the sleeper mechanism is reasonable to minimize the damage to the surface quality of the concrete sleeper when ensuring the stability of the sleeper.
