Q1:Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, our company was established in 2008 and has 17 years of production experience, dedicated to professional design and production of testing equipment.
Q2:What are your main products?
Our main products include metal detectors, checkweighers, X-ray foreign body detection systems, vision inspection systems, laser marking machines, etc.
Q3:How do I know if this machine is right for me? Do you accept customization?
You can tell us which machine you're interested in, what products your company manufactures, and the product specifications. Our technical team will recommend a suitable model based on this information and the product characteristics. All of our products can be customized according to customer requirements.
Q4:What factors can cause metal detector false alarms?
There are many factors that can cause false alarms in food metal detectors, but the core factors lie in product characteristics, environmental interference (strong magnetic interference, power supply interference), device settings and status, and routine maintenance. By adjusting equipment parameters in a targeted manner, improving the installation environment, strengthening daily maintenance and standardizing operations, the vast majority of false alarm problems can be effectively resolved.
Q5:What is "product effect" for food products?
"Product effect" occurs when a product has a conductive property which affects the magnetic field generated by the food metal detector . This is typically found in high salt, high moisture product environments. For example, warm bread coming out of the oven, coupled with its salt content, tends to have a high product effect. This negatively impacts the metal detector's ability to distinguish between actual non-ferrous metal contaminants and the false signal given by the combination of typical product attributes. This is further complicated by the varying densities, air bubbles, and other physical characteristics of each loaf, since no two loaves are exactly the same (there also are variations between bread types). In these situations, food X-ray inspection equipment will produce significantly better results since product effect is not a factor.
