Characteristics of raw materials

PP series integrated sewage treatment equipment, also known as new material integrated sewage treatment equipment,Is made ofpolymer materials. This device is produced through the mold winding integrated molding process, therefore it is presented in the formof a tank.
The internal partition of the tank adopts fully automatic welding technology to ensure precise and reliable connection, The two sideheads are injection molded together to further ensure the stability and durability of the overall structure.

The tank body is made by using spiral extrusion and winding one-step forming technology. The granular masterbatch is directly formed through the mold toachieve the purpose of overall molding forthe tank body without welds.

Anti-UV and anti-aging additives are added to the raw materials, so that the defect ofshort out door service life for plastic equipment is improved, and the service lifeis greatly prolonged.

The thickness of the tank can reach more than 80mm, and its cross-section can be gradually changed. The thickness in the lower part of the tank that bears greater stress can be increased accordingly, sothat the raw materials can be used in the place where needed.
